Easton Meadows comprises of 15 holiday homes positioned around a central courtyard.

The development has been sympathetically designed to combine the old and the new. Externally its walls are of white rendering incorporating brickwork in the traditional local style, which results in an attractive development that provides a character setting but with a modern feel.

3 Easton Meadows provides flexible holiday accommodation in 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, whilst on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. It is therefore able to accommodate up to 4 persons + 1 child under 2 in a travel cot. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is an additional toilet and sink on the ground floor and a fully tiled family bathroom on the first floor which includes a shower bath with shower.

The ground floor benefits from a private entrance with its very own private garden. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining so you can sit and soak up the sun which falls on the area in late afternoon and into the early evening in the summer months; perfect for relaxation at the end of the day. There are beautiful countryside views from all windows.

The property is maintained to a high standard, with modern furniture providing attractive and comfortable accommodation. The kitchen, which is fully fitted, benefits from built in appliances including gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, plus a microwave, crockery and kitchen utensils. Smart TV with blue-ray DVD player in the Living area. Wi-Fi at no extra charge.

There is a dedicated car parking space in the central courtyard and additional cars can be accommodated on site at no charge subject to arrangement.

3 Easton Meadows has the benefit of central heating and double glazing and is available and equipped for holidays throughout the year. Our changeover days are Mondays and Fridays and we are able to offer 3-night weekend breaks or stays of 7 nights or longer. Other changeover days and lengths of stay by arrangement. The house will be commercially cleaned prior to commencement of your stay.

3 Easton Meadows is located close to the village of Boynton, on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by farmland, yet only 2 minutes drive to the outskirts of the town of Bridlington. Within 10 to 15 minutes drive is the seafront at Bridlington with its large expanses of sandy beaches. Within a similar distance is the Yorkshire Heritage Coast stretching from the village of Sewerby though Danes Dyke and Flamborough Head to Bempton Cliffs. The chalk cliffs which drop into sandy coves provide stunning scenery, excellent walking and are famed for the bird watching opportunities with spring and summer seeing tens of thousands of seabirds including puffins nesting on the cliffs.

The house is well located for either a traditional seaside holiday in Bridlington, or for exploring the East Yorkshire Coast including Hornsea, Sewerby, Flamborough and Scarborough; or indeed slightly further afield to Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. It is also perfectly located for exploring the countryside and villages of the Yorkshire Wolds and its attractions including the town of Driffield or the historic houses of Burton Agnes Hall, Sewerby Hall and Sledmere House. The Yorkshire Wolds Cycle Route is easily accessible.
